Wie und wann kommst du zu deinem Reisekostenzuschuss?

Nach dem Event schalten wir das Formular zur Feedbackumfrage frei. Am Ende der Feedbackumfrage erhältst du das Formular für den Reisekostenzuschuss. Hier kannst du deine Nachweise hochladen. Deadline für das Einreichen der (Ticket-)Nachweise ist 14 (Wochen-)Tage nach dem Event, danach schließen wir die Umfrage. Das Geld bekommst du direkt auf dein PayPal-Konto.

Welche Nachweise benötigen wir?

Wenn du mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln anreist, brauchen wir eine Kopie oder einen Screenshot der Rechnung für dein Ticket. Dort muss deinName, das Fahrtdatum, Start- und Zielbahnhof, sowie der Preis erkennbar sein. Ein QR-Code ohne Kontext hilft uns nicht weiter. Bei Anreise mit dem Auto brauchen wir einen Tankbeleg vom Tag des Events. Das zeigt uns, dass du mit dem Auto unterwegs warst. Erstattet wird eine Kilometerpauschale entsprehend deiner gefahrenen Strecke (einfach) - siehe Tabelle unten.

We help cover your travel costs for the event. Here's what you need to know:

How and when will you receive your travel grant?

After the event, we will make the feedback survey available. At the end of the feedback survey, you will find the travel grant form. Here, you can upload your supporting documents. The deadline for submitting your (ticket) receipts is 14 days after the event, after which the survey will close. The money will be transferred directly to your PayPal account.

What supporting documents do we need?

If you travel by public transport, we need a copy or screenshot of your ticket invoice. It must clearly show your name, the date of travel, the departure and destination stations, and the ticket price. A QR code without any context is not sufficient.

If you travel by car, we need a fuel receipt from the day of the event. This serves as proof that you traveled by car. You will be reimbursed based on a mileage allowance according to the one-way distance traveled – see the table below.

• Deine Gesprächspartner:innen sind auf das Gespräch mit dir vorbereitet.
• Dir bleibt Zeit, in Ruhe deine persönlichen Fragen in 20-minütigen Vier-Augen-Gesprächen zu stellen, ohne andere Zuhörer oder Unterbrechungen.

Ablauf

• Bewerbungsschluss für die Kennenlerngespräche ist rund zwei Wochen vor dem Event.
• Die Hochschulvertreter:innen haben vorab über ein passwortgeschütztes Online-Tool Zugriff auf deinen CV.
• Wir informieren dich etwa eine Woche vor der Veranstaltung, ob und für welche Gespräche du einen Platz bekommen hast.
• Die Gespräche finden am Stand der Hochschule statt. Falls es zwei Tische gibt, steht in deinem persönlichen Programm, an welchem Tisch du sitzt.
  
• Die Anzahl der Kennenlerngespräche ist begrenzt. Bitte bereite dich sorgfältig auf deine Gespräche vor.
  
• Sei nicht zu nervös - es handelt sich nicht um ein Bewerbungsgespräch. Die Gespräche bieten dir eine Orientierungsmöglichkeit für dein Masterstudium und deine Zukunft.

Beim Master Day stellen die Hochschulen ihre Masterstudiengänge in Wirtschaftswissenschaften vor. In Vorträgen erhältst du einen Überblick über die verschiedenen Angebote für Bachelor-Studierende, und an den Ständen kannst du den Vertretern der Hochschulen alle deine Fragen stellen. Viele Aussteller werden nicht nur von Hochschulmitarbeiter:innen, sondern auch von ehemaligen Studierenden vertreten. So bekommst du nicht nur Informationen zu den Studiengängen, sondern auch einen persönlichen Eindruck. Wenn du dich besonders für bestimmte Aussteller interessierst, kannst du sie und ihre Studiengänge in vorab vereinbarten 20-minütigen Einzelgesprächen näher kennenlernen. Diese Einzelgespräche eignen sich besonders für Studierende im letzten Jahr ihres Bachelorstudiums.
