How and when do you receive your travel allowance?
After the event, we will make the feedback survey form available. At the end of the survey, you will receive the form for the travel expense subsidy, where you can upload your supporting documents. The deadline for submitting proof (tickets) is 14 days after the event; the survey will close after that. You will receive the money directly into your PayPal account.

What proof do we need?
If you are traveling by public transport, we need a copy or screenshot of your ticket receipt. It must clearly show your name, the date of travel, the departure and arrival stations, and the price. A QR code without context is not sufficient.If traveling by car, we need a fuel receipt from the day of the event. This confirms that you traveled by car. You will be reimbursed based on a mileage allowance for the distance driven (one-way)—please see the table below.

In presentations, you can get an overview of the different offerings for bachelor’s students, and at the booths you can ask university representatives all your questions.
