Welche Nachweise benötigen wir?
Wenn du mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln anreist, brauchen wir eine Kopie oder einen Screenshot der Rechnung für dein Ticket. Dort muss dein Name, das Fahrtdatum, Start- und Zielbahnhof, sowie der Preis erkennbar sein. Ein QR-Code ohne Kontext hilft uns nicht weiter.

Die top drei Gründe, warum du dich für Kennenlerngespräche bewerben solltest

• Die Vertreter:innen der Hochschulen erhalten vorab deinen CV und du wirst gezielt, von den für dich interessanten Hochschulen, aufgrund deiner Interessen und Stärken eingeladen.
• Deine Gesprächspartner:innen sind auf das Gespräch mit dir vorbereitet.
• Dir bleibt Zeit, in Ruhe deine persönlichen Fragen in 20-minütigen Vier-Augen-Gesprächen zu stellen, ohne andere Zuhörer oder Unterbrechungen.

Ablauf

• Bewerbungsschluss für die Kennenlerngespräche ist rund zwei Wochen vor dem Event.
• Die Hochschulvertreter:innen haben vorab über ein passwortgeschütztes Online-Tool Zugriff auf deinen CV.
• Wir informieren dich etwa eine Woche vor der Veranstaltung, ob und für welche Gespräche du einen Platz bekommen hast.
• Die Gespräche finden am Stand der Hochschule statt. Falls es zwei Tische gibt, steht in deinem persönlichen Programm, an welchem Tisch du sitzt.
