We'll support your traveling to the event. Here's what you need to know:

How and when do I claim my allowance?

After the event you'll get a link to the feedback form. After completing it you'll be able to submit your travel information and upload any proof of expenses. The deadline for submitting this information is 14 days after the event. Afterwards the form will be closed. Payments are made via PayPal (exceptions possible upon request).

What counts as proof?

For travel by public transport/train we need a copy or screenshot of the ticket or receipt. The document needs to show your name, date of travel, start and end point of the journey as well as the price paid for the ticket. QR codes without context don't proove anything.

If you use a car, we need a fuel/electric charging receipt purchased on the day of the event. This is purely to show that you did indeed use a car to get to the event. We'll reimburse you based on the kilometers traveled (one way) - see second table below.

Master’s programs in business and economics and entry-level opportunities

At the Master Day, universities present their master’s programs in business and economics. In presentations, you can get an overview of the different offerings for bachelor’s students, and at the booths you can ask university representatives all your questions. Many exhibitors are represented not only by university staff but also by former students. This gives you not only information about the programs but also a personal impression. If you are particularly interested in certain exhibitors, you can get to know them and their programs better in 20-minute pre-scheduled one-on-one meetings. These one-on-one meetings are especially suitable for students in their final year of a bachelor’s degree.

Comprehensive advisory services

In addition to Europe’s top universities, there are advisory services on site that provide guidance on master’s studies. They help you choose the right program and give advice on financing your studies. You can also find out how to properly prepare for the GMAT and have your CV reviewed.

Perfect supervision ratio

The Master Day is deliberately kept small. e-fellows.net focuses on personal interaction, so that every participant has enough time to have in-depth conversations without long waiting times.
